I was concerned after reading so many negative online reviews about this hotel. But, our experience was the complete opposite of every bad thing people were saying. Check-in was quick and easy (even though I had forgotten my ID at home). Our room was clean and well kept. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom door was a little warped and didn't close right, but it was a minor inconvenience. I most definitely would stay here again!
We stayed here at the tail end of a trip and chose it for it's location (close to Costco). The hotel is fine but not great. It's a little dingy but not overly. Our room had a pretty dirty toilet (without going into detail). The bed was comfortable. Also, the $50/night pet fee seems very high and unreasonable. Most places charge half that amount. Not to mention that the room rate is on the higher side as well.
I've stayed at pretty much every hotel now in Bismarck, and why i left this one for last, ill never know! The price is budget friendly, rooms are clean and updated. The morning coffee is pretty dam good, but dont expect a breakfast. Thats ok tho, no breakfast is better than a crappy one. I was very comfortable staying here. Beds are comfy, at least for my old crochety back. Located next to some good shopping and restaurants. This property gets an A. Just shy of plus. I will definitely be staying here from now on.
Amazing hotel with great hospitality and staff! We had a 5 night stay for work and we were greeted every time we walked through the lobby and we were welcomed by Alex when we checked in, who was very kind and helpful with great recommendations for the area. Rooms were very nice and clean and I have no complaints about our stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area! Very convenient spot in town as well.
My family and I stayed here for a night. We found it to be clean and comfortable for the most part. As we ran a cloth across the door to the bathroom it turned brown. But the beds and bathroom were clean. Latoya, the employee working the evening we checked in, made every effort to get us an extra blanket that we requested. She was very kind and truly went the extra mile. Overall it was a great experience.

Front desk staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Good location off of the highway and restaurants, shopping, etc within walking distance. Felt like a safe area
Overall good stay mostly clean room, bathroom floor looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped as I found a makeup wipe behind the bathroom door. The worst part was finding hair on the bathroom counter, in the shower, and on every towel. Beside the towels great room and didn’t have a problem with service!
